Poco F6 Pro: Navigating Test
Supporting multiple satellite systems
The F6 Pro is compatible with various satellite systems such as Navstar GPS, Glonass, Galileo, (BeiDou), and QZSS, allowing for the retrieval of accurate and reliable location information from virtually anywhere on the globe. Our preliminary test findings demonstrate a fixed position accuracy of 3 meters.
In contrast to the standard F6 variant featuring a plastic body, the F6 Pro GPS antenna is part of the handset’s metal frame. This not only gives the F6 Pro a sleek and seamless design, but also enhances the GPS signal reception for more accurate location tracking. Additionally, as mentioned previously, the metal frame adds extra durability to the phone, making it more resistant to accidental drops and impacts.
0ffline Navigation
Offline navigation is a useful feature that lets users access maps and directions without needing the internet. It’s helpful in areas with no or limited internet, or when traveling abroad without a data plan. The best part about offline navigation is that it works smoothly even without an internet connection.
In order to accomplish this, users need to download maps and relevant data to their device beforehand. Once these maps are downloaded, they can be accessed offline, enabling users to effortlessly search for locations, receive precise turn-by-turn directions, and explore detailed maps. Through our meticulous evaluations of the MAPS.ME and HERE WeGo Apps, we have unequivocally established that their offline navigation capabilities surpass expectations, providing unparalleled accuracy that seamlessly matches the orientation of the map.
