The F6 Pro cameras are powered by Xiaomi’s cutting-edge Light Fusion 800 sensor.
The Pro variant utilizes the highly sophisticated Light Fusion 800 sensor for its imaging capabilities. It features an impressive 1/1.55″ sensor size and a pixel size of 2.0μm. This exceptional sensor has been carefully designed to increase the area that captures light by an astounding 62% with its innovative 4-in-1 Superpixel technology. As a result, it excels at capturing a significant amount of light, resulting in exceptional performance in low-light conditions. What truly distinguishes the Light Fusion 800 sensor is its remarkable ability to produce stunning images with enhanced dynamic range.
Featuring an impressive array of camera lenses, the Poco F6 Pro delivers not just a good, but an exceptional photography experience. At its core, this device boasts a mighty 50-megapixel sensor, guaranteeing that your photos will be nothing less than breathtaking. In addition to the 50-megapixel main lens, the device also has an 8-megapixel 118˚ ultra-wide lens that transforms photography. The ultra-wide lens captures expansive landscapes, group photos, and architectural marvels, adding grandeur and scale to images. It is perfect for scenic views, cityscapes, and group events, ensuring that every detail is captured in the frame and elevating the photographic experience.
Compared to the standard F6 variant, the F6 Pro handset also includes a 2-megapixel sensor, catering to the increasing popularity of macrophotography. This specialized lens allows users to delve into the fascinating realm of close-up photography, capturing the intricate textures, patterns, and subtleties of tiny subjects with astonishing accuracy.

Night mode
The low-light photography option offers exceptional performance in dimly lit environments, although its results may not always be consistent. Nevertheless, our tests have shown that the photos do not appear excessively grainy in terms of pixel quality.
In low light photography, there are always limitations related to certain lighting conditions. To demonstrate the video quality, we conducted a test by walking on a nighttime street illuminated by streetlights, allowing you to judge the quality for yourself.

You can configure every aspect of the camera, including exposure, white balance, ISO levels, wide and ultra-wide photography, manual focus, and various color filters to enhance your shots.
Zoom levels
By utilizing an optical zoom range from 0.6x to 2x, you can effortlessly zoom in or out on objects. Once you exceed the 2x range, you enter the digital realm, where image sharpness decreases and grainy pixels become more pronounced.

Test No.2: Zoom range x0.6, x1, x2, x10.
Test No.3: Zoom range x0.6, x1, x2, x4, x10.
Test No.4: Zoom range: 0.6, x1, x2, x5, x10.
Indoor photography
The advanced image processing technology of the F6 Pro effectively reduces noise in semi-low-light environments, resulting in high-quality images. While the camera performs above average, it’s essential to note that this mid-range device doesn’t feature a top-of-the-line camera array. The unique lighting conditions of each environment can significantly impact the quality of the shots.
Macro Photography
The 2 MP sensor has proven to be quite capable in capturing nice macro shots, delivering photos of remarkable quality. Although a few images may display a hint of graininess, the majority boast exceptional clarity. It is highly probable that Xiaomi will make the necessary camera adjustments and provide further enhancements in their upcoming releases.
Who does it compare to the F6 variant?
There are no free rides in life. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the F6 variant comes with some compromises. It lacks a 2MP Macro sensor, which may affect the quality of images compared to the Pro model. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to capture close-up images at all. If you are not into close-up photography, both models should suffice.

Front Camera (Selfi Photogrphy)
The device is equipped with a 16MP ultra-wide selfie front camera that excels at capturing high-quality images. When compared to the F6 variant, which features a 20MP sensor, this potential allows for achieving even higher image quality.
Conclusions
The handset excelled in both daytime and low-light photography, delivering exceptional photos with vibrant color saturation that accurately represents the true and natural colors of the subjects. When it comes to close-up photography, you have two options: Using the Micro shooting mode to get up close with objects, or simply use the fingers pinching gesture to effortlessly zoom in and out, which offers the most convenient and straightforward method.
Poco F6 Pro Video Recording
The F6 Pro’s 50MP rear camera is equipped with optical stabilization, guaranteeing clear and steady images in any environment. This is especially beneficial for capturing sharp shots while walking on uneven outdoor terrain or when attaching the phone to a bike.
The primary rear camera captures great quality 8K resolution videos at a maximum of 24 frames per second. However, a 3-minute video at this resolution consumes a significant amount of storage space, approximately 2GB. For most users, shooting videos at 4K or 1080P resolution at a smooth 60 frames per second will more than meet their needs, delivering exceptional quality without the hefty file size.
