Xiaomi asserts that its device battery can reach a full charge of 100% in just 42 minutes. In our testing, we successfully charged it in approximately 36 minutes. We confirmed that the battery was fully drained before testing, but we cannot guarantee that our results are entirely error-free. However, it’s worth noting that Xiaomi’s lab tests are typically reliable and consistent.
Charging Management Settings
Xiaomi’s advanced battery and charging management system allows you to customize power consumption profiles tailored to your preferences, ensuring optimal energy conservation.
The company has also included details on battery charging cycles, which is crucial if you’re considering selling your X7 pro in the future. This information can be valuable for potential buyers, as it offers a clearer understanding of the battery’s lifespan since the phone was originally purchased, including its health status. To enhance and prolong battery life, users can also utilize the Smart Charging feature, which allows you to limit the device’s charging to 80% during each cycle. Charging rate settings: Standard / Top Speed charging
The battery charging feature provides two modes: standard charging and top speed mode. The top speed mode maximizes the charging speed up to a peak of 90W. While using the boost option may likely reduce the overall lifespan of the battery through increased cycling, it significantly accelerates the charging process. If you’re in a hurry and forgot to charge your phone, you can activate this option to save valuable time.
