Main Highlights:

  • 8MP rear camera: 1/4″, f/2, 1.12μm (Supports 1080P video recording at 30fps).
  • 8MP front camera: 1/4″, f/2.28, 1.12μm (Supports 1080p video recording at 30fps).

The tablet is equipped with two 8MP camera sensors, one located on the rear and a second on the front. Both cameras offer reasonable quality and should be more than enough for everyday use. However, the maximum recording resolution is limited to 1080P at 30fps.

Poco has added important camera features to their camera apps, like night mode, HDR, AI Camera, Watermark, and different video recording resolutions from 720p to 1080p. However, the rear camera may not be good enough for high-resolution photos and only produces average quality shoots.

What is the quality of the picture like?

It’s fine, with absolutely no room for complaints. However, we do have one small remark to make. Poco team should have used a better front camera sensor for higher resolution. With fast internet connection, users would probably prefer to use a higher resolution type for video calls and streaming.

Furthermore, the external lens design could have been given a more modern and cleaner appearance by adopting a rectangular shape with glass protection, similar to those found on the Xiaomi Redmi Pad series.
